By purchasing or otherwise engaging with any package or service offered by NaughtyMedellin, including but not limited to those in association with Made Men Colombia (“the Providers”), the purchaser (“the Traveler”) hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and limitations of liability:
1. Scope of Concierge Services & Limitations of Support NaughtyMedellin offers concierge and advisory services to help Travelers navigate Medellín responsibly. While our team has extensive experience identifying common scams, unsafe environments, and high-risk individuals, we cannot guarantee 100% safety or a smooth experience. We are not bodyguards, private security, or legal representatives.
In-person concierge support is available only during scheduled tour times and only if all services have been fully paid for, including deposits and outstanding balances.
WhatsApp support begins 48 hours before the scheduled tour start date and ends 48 hours after the tour end date.
Outside these timeframes, or in the absence of full payment, the Traveler should not expect live or on-demand assistance.
2. Personal Conduct & Grounds for Service Termination If a Traveler becomes severely intoxicated or impaired due to excessive alcohol, drug use, or other substances — to the extent that their judgment is compromised and they become a burden or safety risk — the Providers reserve the right to terminate all services immediately, with no obligation to issue refunds for deposits or service fees.
3. Legal Incidents, Disputes & Third-Party Interactions The Providers are not liable or responsible for any disputes, confrontations, or legal issues between the Traveler and any local authority, venue, service provider, or individual. If the Traveler becomes involved in any criminal or civil issue, it is solely their responsibility to resolve it.
We are under no obligation to mediate, intervene, or represent the Traveler in any such matter and reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund.
4. Unpaid Balances with Third Parties Any unpaid or pending balances arranged by the Traveler with external service providers (venues, hosts, drivers, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Traveler.
If NaughtyMedellin or its staff is forced to cover these costs on behalf of the Traveler, a 15% administrative fee will be applied and billed to the Traveler.
5. Safety & Emergency Protocols If a Traveler feels unsafe or in danger, they should immediately contact Colombian police at #123 or their respective embassy or consulate. While the Providers may assist with general guidance during scheduled service hours, we reserve the right to withdraw services entirely if a situation is deemed escalating, dangerous, or beyond our control.
6. Assumption of Risk, Medical Disclaimer, and Waiver of Liability The Traveler voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with the activities, accommodations, and any ancillary services provided by the Providers, including but not limited to risks of theft, loss, misplacement, or damage to personal property; physical injury; psychological harm; exposure to communicable diseases or health risks; and mortality.
The Traveler further acknowledges that the Providers shall not be held liable for any health-related incidents or injuries, including but not limited to those resulting from food poisoning, drug or alcohol use, exposure to sexually transmitted infections or other communicable diseases, or participation in high-risk activities, whether these were independently undertaken or recommended by the Providers, their affiliates, agents, or subcontractors. The Traveler waives any claims against the Providers arising from such risks.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance and understand that the Providers are not responsible for organizing, facilitating, or covering the cost of any medical or emergency care under any circumstance.
7. Deposits, Cancellations & Refund Policy
A deposit is required to confirm and secure all bookings. Upon receipt of a deposit, NaughtyMedellin begins coordinating reservations, securing dates, and allocating resources on behalf of the Traveler, which may result in the exclusion of other potential clients for those dates.
If the Traveler cancels more than 14 days before the scheduled trip start date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If the Traveler cancels less than 14 days before the scheduled trip start date, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded, as costs and commitments will have already been incurred on the Traveler's behalf. Once the scheduled trip date has passed, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
As an alternative to a refund, the Traveler may elect to reschedule and apply their deposit as a credit toward a future booking. This credit must be claimed and the new trip completed within 5 months of the original cancellation date. If the Traveler cancels again or fails to reschedule within that window, the deposit is forfeited in full with no further refund or credit issued.
If NaughtyMedellin terminates services due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Traveler, no refund of the deposit or any service fees will be issued. If NaughtyMedellin cancels a booking due to an internal error or overbooking, the Traveler will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
8. Binding Agreement & Legal Enforcement By completing a booking, the Traveler agrees to all terms listed herein. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent under applicable law, governing the relationship between the Traveler and the Providers.
