By purchasing or otherwise engaging with any package or service offered by NaughtyMedellin, including but not limited to those in association with The Icon Suites (“the Providers”), the purchaser (“the Traveler”) hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and limitations of liability:

1- Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability The Traveler voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with the activities, accommodations, and any ancillary services provided by the Providers, including but not limited to risks of loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to personal property; physical injury; psychological harm; exposure to communicable diseases or health risks; and mortality.

2- Release of Liability for Personal Health & Safety The Traveler agrees that neither NaughtyMedellin nor The Icon Suites, nor any affiliates, agents, or subcontractors, shall bear liability for any health-related incidents or injuries, including but not limited to those resulting from drug-related events, exposure to sexually transmitted infections, or other communicable diseases, nor for personal harm, injury, or death arising from any activities, whether recommended by the Providers or independently undertaken by the Traveler.

3- Indemnification The Traveler agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NaughtyMedellin, The Icon Suites, and any affiliated entities, representatives, employees, or agents, against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) arising from any actions or events occurring during the Traveler’s stay. This indemnification extends to claims arising from theft, drugging, or assault, whether caused by third parties or arising from the Traveler’s own actions or inactions.

4- Waiver of Responsibility for External ActivitiesThe Providers do not assume any duty of care concerning the Traveler’s participation in activities not explicitly managed or supervised by the Providers, nor do they warrant the safety or security of nightlife venues or other attractions in Medellín. The Traveler acknowledges sole responsibility for evaluating and participating in any such external activities.

5- Medical Care Disclaimer The Providers make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, quality, or cost of medical or emergency services in Medellín. The Traveler is responsible for securing adequate medical or travel insurance, and agrees that the Providers bear no obligation to coordinate, provide, or finance emergency medical treatment.

6- Binding Agreement By completing the purchase of any package, the Traveler acknowledges acceptance of all terms and limitations specified herein, agreeing that this document represents a legally binding agreement, enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, governing the relationship between the Traveler and the Providers.
